MANOLITO
Manolito is a personal project of mine, based on the book series “Manolito Gafotas” by Spanish author Elvira Lindo. The project was intended as a portfolio-only work, serving as an example of a kid-oriented TV series board, but it might turn into something more in the future.
The story follows the daily life of Manolito, a young boy with a very particular vision of the world surrounding him, and all sorts of crazy stories involving his family and friends, which make up a set of charming and unique characters. All of this is set in a working class neighbourhood in Madrid, Spain.
